Twice a year a two week training camp is held in Poland, conducted
by some of the best and most successful coaches in the world. These
camps are hard, action packed and fun.
The aim of this patterns and sparring seminar is to bring to you
some of the highlights of these camps as well as club sessions
from 2004, 2005, 2006 and most recently 2008, to show you what
training in Poland is like.
If you are currently an instructor or coach or aim to be in the
future, make sure to register as an instructor to attend the instructors
only session. Here you will learn this style in more depth, with
a special focus on how to teach it.
Poland has been the top ranked country at all major international
events for the greater part of this decade. See how they train,
learn some of their methods and secrets and most of all, have some
fun!

2 x 1 hour 30 minute sessions for each group + 1 extra hour for
those registered as instructors

$30 per person
Limited to the first 30 people who register per seminar
WHAT TO BRING:
- Dobok (plus a spare dobok or t-shirt for the second session – just
in case)
- Sparring gear (including mouth guard)
- Drink bottle + water
- Snacks to have during breaks (Group 1 you will be home in time
for lunch, Group 2 please have some lunch before your first session!)
